‍How We Work Together
All design work created by Pixzelbee is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you understand them before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us for clarification before placing an order. By placing an order, you automatically enter a legally binding contract for services and agree to these terms and conditions.

Communication
Pixzelbee can be reached via email and our social media pages every day. We aim to respond to inquiries within a business day.

Design Ownership
All design concepts provided during the project remain the property of Pixzelbee. Clients are not permitted to reproduce or share them without our consent. Once the final design is approved and fully paid for, ownership of the finished design transfers to the client. However, Pixzelbee retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Unused concepts remain the property of Pixzelbee and may be repurposed for future projects. If a client discontinues their business, Pixzelbee reserves the right to reuse the design after a 12-month period.

Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged at a specific rate.

Images
Clients must provide high-resolution images with appropriate licensing and approvals. Pixzelbee is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-supplied images. We can source stock images with commercial licenses upon request, requiring full payment before download. Color variations may occur when converting images from RGB to CMYK, and Pixzelbee is not liable for discrepancies in printed colors.

Approval of Artwork
While we take great care in our designs, the final approval of all content, including text and graphics, is the client's responsibility. Any post-approval changes will incur additional design fees.

File Supply
Logo files are supplied in both print and web-friendly formats. Print files are delivered as high-resolution PDFs with crop marks and bleed. Original working files remain the property of Pixzelbee and can be provided at an additional cost. Clients may not alter or resell supplied artwork without prior consent.

File Storage
Clients should store their received files securely. Pixzelbee’s file-sharing links are temporary and will expire after 30 days. A retrieval fee of $20 applies for file resupply within 2 years; after 2 years, the fee increases to $80.

Color Variation
There may be slight variations between on-screen colors (RGB) and printed colors (CMYK). These differences are beyond our control, and Pixzelbee is not liable for any color discrepancies in the final printed product.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required before starting a project, with the remaining balance due before final file delivery. If client feedback is delayed beyond a weeks, Pixzelbee reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to that point. Any additional costs (such as stock images or special fonts) must be paid upfront. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur a $5 per week service fee, and unresolved invoices may be sent to a debt collection agency, with all associated fees being the client’s responsibility.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking a project with Pixzelbee, you agree to these terms and conditions automatically.

Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may cancel a project if deemed unsatisfactory. A 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is more than 50% complete, a pro-rata/full payment may apply based on work done. Pixzelbee retains ownership of any work completed before cancellation.

When a Customer Can Expect a Refund
- If, for any reason, Pixzelbee is unable to deliver the design within the agreed timeframe, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. However, if both parties agree to an extension, a revised deadline will be established.
- If a customer can prove that the design material provided is copied, they will receive a full refund.
- If a customer does not receive the design as per their specifications and requirements, they will receive a refund.

When a Customer Cannot Expect a Refund
- If a customer approves the design and requests changes after one week, they will not receive a refund.
- If a customer does not take any action within 7 days of ordering the design and receives the final product within the required time, it will automatically be considered a "proof design" and will not be eligible for a refund.
